Neighborhood Properties has a full-service maintenance staff and our goal is to respond to and repair all maintenance requests within a 24-hour period. We pride ourselves in maintaining our properties to a very high standard, and encourage our residents to let us know if there is any issue with your residence that needs to be addressed in a timely manner. We handle all aspects of maintenance that occur in the course of normal wear and tear; however, if we respond to a maintenance request which results in our repairing an item which is damaged by the resident(s)' actions or neglect, the residents(s) will be charged for the repair based on a time and material basis.
